Lead detailed credit evaluation of companies, including financial statement analysis,
business assessment, industry positioning, cash flow analysis and risk identification
 Drive the internal credit underwriting process end-to-end — including internal rating
assignment, recommendation of exposure limits, and presentation to the Investment
Committee
 Ongoing monitoring of portfolio exposures and approved names; proactively flag credit
developments, covenant risks, rating migration triggers, or sectoral stress

 Maintain and update the approved investment universe, recommending additions,
removals, and limit revisions
 Track sectoral trends and macro developments relevant to credit markets
 Participate in company meetings, earnings calls, and interactions with management teams
 Engage with arrangers / bankers for potential opportunities
 Contribute to broader fixed income discussions
