Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
•
Sales of value added dairy products (Example – Paneer, milk, curd, SMP , Ghee and Khoa) for HoReCa, Institution and other channels as per management discussion
•
Pre & Post – Sales activities include cold and planned call, do a bridge activity between company and customer. Proposal making and sharing with customer. Convert leads into purchase order, payment collection, co-ordination with internal team for smooth operation.
•
Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
•
Maintain and develop customer and prospect database.
•
Respond to and follow up enquiries raised by customer.
•
Appoint, lead, train and execute team responsibilities which is required with management approval.
• Actively seek and implement opportunities to expand the distribution network.
•
Help other business team members to optimize plant operations by bringing more margin friendly deals, increase revenue and overall margins for MPP and cluster.
•
Identify, substantiate, and develop long shelf products (Like UHT, ESL, SMP, Butter) market.
• Work in tandem with the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns and develop localized promotional materials.
• Ensure prompt resolution of any channel-related issues and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
•
Carry out market research, competitors’ information.
•
Knowledge: MS Office, Aware about dairy business chain, distribution network
•
