Job Summary

As the Marketing Lead, you will shape the brand's identity and drive growth through impactful initiatives. A key challenge will be improving customer awareness and perception of SuperK to reflect the best value we offer. This role focuses on enhancing brand perception, customer experience, and sales growth, particularly for the Gold Membership program. You will work closely with the Founders to develop and execute brand strategies that drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Gold Membership Growth: Develop and execute strategies to boost sign-ups, engagement, and retention of SuperK Gold Membership.
  • Shopper Marketing & In-Store Activation: Optimize planogramming, Point of Sale (POS) strategies, merchandising execution, and in-store visibility to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  • Performance & Digital Marketing: Lead campaigns across social media, digital ads, influencer collaborations, and local outreach to drive customer acquisition.
  • Above The Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) Execution: Manage on-ground activations, Out Of Home (OOH) campaigns, and store-level marketing efforts across multiple geographies.
  • Customer Insights & Brand Perception: Conduct deep consumer research to refine messaging, improve SuperK’s value proposition, and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: Tier 1 MBA.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, shopper marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or retail.
  • Skills:
    • Proven experience in scaling brand marketing efforts across online and offline channels.
    • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
    • Comfortable being on the ground and interacting with customers, franchises, and other partners.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a dynamic startup environment.
    • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the retail sector or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and loyalty programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing roles.
