Job Description

<ol> <li style="text-align:justify">Responsible for overall super vision of the plant for Planning, production, quality, profitability and customer / employee satisfaction through continual improvement, development of systems, process, and policies.</li> </ol>   <ol start="2"> <li style="text-align:justify">To assist in the developments / finalizing the overall Operational strategies aligned with Business Strategies including budget / ABP primarily for the corporate Initiatives/ Strategies keeping in mind.</li> </ol>     <ol start="3"> <li style="text-align:justify">Responsible to control Inventory carrying cost of RM, SFG & FG under norms & all consumable items in store based on aging & ABC analysis & controlled through SAP in PP/MM/QM Module.</li> </ol>   <ol start="4"> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure that all consumable items are procured through quality checks & products are produced with accepted quality in first GO.</li> </ol>   <ol start="5"> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure key initiatives are taken for Product Development & Trials to increase the productivity & Quality to reduce the Cost.</li> </ol>   <ol start="6"> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure that all the machinery of the plant are available to meet production targets by following well planned preventive / predictive / opportunity maintenance of all machines & Breakdown are minimized to enhance the productivity.</li> </ol>     <ol start="7"> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure customer complaints are resolved on top priority and customer satisfaction index to be continuously monitored & improved.</li> </ol>   <ol start="8"> <li style="text-align:justify">Oversee product certification & onsite support for customer services including on time delivery.</li> </ol>     <ol start="9"> <li style="text-align:justify">Responsible to take key initiatives for pilot projects progress and completion as per schedule.</li> </ol>   <ol start="10"> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure that all consumable items are provided by Plant Purchase & Store Department on time through proper analysing comparative statements through vendors developments.</li> </ol>     11. To ensure that all Logistics vehicles (Inward & outward both) are facilitated to all the concerns for material movement internally & dispatch to avoid detention. 12. Responsible for Monthly Costing, P&L & ensuring that all the variable & fixed cost are adequately controlled.   13. To ensure that all the compliances of Integrated Management System including QMS & EHS are fulfilled in the plant including proper housekeeping, TPM, Lean & KAIZEN concepts in the manufacturing line.   14. Responsible to leading the work force, directing, motivating, providing the training / awareness, deploying the employees efficiently.   15. Responsible to present Monthly /Weekly / Daily review to the Management.
