Job Summary
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role is vital for the organization as it enables strategic financial decision-making through comprehensive financial reporting, planning, and budgeting. The FP&A professional will contribute to the financial health of the company by providing insights and analysis to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to track performance against budget and forecast.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for comprehensive financial analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, or financial budgeting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of financial budgeting and forecasting methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems or financial management software.
- Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a financial analysis or related role.
Environment
This is a full-time position based in Noida. The work environment is typically office-based, with standard working hours.
Salary
Estimated salary range is ₹4,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum.
