<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">The VP of Sales - will be the primary sales leader and business development orchestrator and will be responsible for bringing revenues through new business development. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">The candidate must have at least 15+ years of overall sales experience in handling accounts in Oil, Petroleum & Gas, Construction or any Manufacturing Unit.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Developing and implementing industry-specific sales plans & strategies to target large enterprise clients.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Creating strategies for prospecting and generating a viable pipeline of opportunities.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Be responsible for meeting revenue targets and the sales costs associated with it</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Facilitate and lead large enterprise pitches for Detect Technologies</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Meet CXOs and Business Heads at enterprises and pitch them relevant digital solutions</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Establish partnerships with other firms to explore synergies and take joint solutions to the market</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Lead the hiring effort for the next generation of sales team members</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">Requirements:</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Minimum 15-20 years of prior experience in B2B Software/Cloud sales especially closing large enterprise or corporate deals is a must.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Should have demonstrated experience of managing teams</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to forge strong professional relationships.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Ability to manage both at the strategic and operational levels</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-93b37cf2-7fff-9810-3b4a-e8b4eb53c963">● Strong numeracy skills with the capability to define and meet pipeline metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</b></p>
