JOB OVERVIEW :

Lead core financial operations, including taxation, fund management,

compliance, and risk control. Extend expertise to credit operations and supply

chain finance to drive growth and efficiency. Collaborate with business teams

to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

CREATE

Develop and implement robust frameworks for taxation (direct and

indirect), fund management, and compliance to streamline operations.

Optimize financial planning and analysis to drive data-backed decision-

making.

Design strategies for credit operations and supply chain finance as

extensions to core finance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

NURTURE

Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems to ensure

regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Foster financial discipline within the team, ensuring accurate reporting,

reconciliations, and timely audits.

Cultivate collaborative relationships with business development teams to

align financial solutions with strategic objectives.

MANAGE

Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, driving accountability

and excellence.

Oversee fund management, cash flow optimization, and stakeholder

engagements with channel finance partners.

Drive fundraising initiatives, leveraging financial expertise to collaborate

with investors and secure capital for strategic growth.

Ensure seamless execution of financial operations, from tax compliance to

payroll and treasury functions.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of experience in team

leadership and working with product-based startups, specializing in GST,

ZOHO Books, and Advanced Excel.

Strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and risk mitigation,

ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with regulatory

frameworks.

Proven ability to lead fundraising initiatives, collaborate with investors, and

optimize credit operations and supply chain finance to drive growth.

In-depth understanding of accounting principles, taxation (direct and

indirect), and fund management, with a focus on aligning financial

strategies with business objectives.
