Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional responsible for driving the execution of marketing initiatives. This role focuses on project coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely completion of marketing activities, serving as the central point of contact between internal teams, external agencies, fund managers, compliance stakeholders, and relationship managers.
Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Create and monitor timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive projects to closure.
- Track pending actions, conduct follow-ups, and ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Maintain marketing data, records, and process documentation.

Content & Social Media Management
- Coordinate with Fund Managers to collect content, articles, insights, and updates.
- Work closely with creative agencies to develop and refine content for publication.
- Liaise with Compliance teams to obtain necessary approvals before publishing.
- Ensure seamless communication between Fund Managers, Compliance teams, and Agencies.
- Oversee the publishing process across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Manage multiple content pieces simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Data Management & Internal Coordination
- Maintain and update website-related information and marketing databases.
- Collect relevant data and share updates with Relationship Managers (RMs) and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of marketing and communication materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing operations processes and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in marketing software and social media tools.
- Experience with data management and analysis.
- Understanding of compliance requirements in marketing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services organizations, fintech companies, or investment management firms.
- Background in marketing and advertising agencies or brand management roles.
- Previous agency experience handling multiple clients, timelines, and approvals.
Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
