Position: B2B Sales/ Interior Designer
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities
 Identify and target new interior designer community.
 Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients
 Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and developments
 Prepare and present sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the company's products and services
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to target institutional clients Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
 Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services
 Negotiate and close deals with institutional clients
 Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales directly working with interior designer community
 Strong understanding of the institutional sales process
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Strong negotiation and closing abilities
 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
 Ability to travel as needed.
 Knowledge of contractual manufacturing process, and knowledge of mattress industry is a plus.
 Experience in the B2B sales is a must
