Job Summary
As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in helping Fingerprints Learning Collective connect with schools, parents, and organizations that can benefit from its services. This beginner-friendly, part-time position is perfect for students seeking their first professional experience while making a meaningful difference. You will gain hands-on experience in identifying prospective partners, conducting outreach, and communicating the value of the organization’s programs. No prior sales experience is required—just enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a belief in the mission of discovering potential in every individual.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential partners such as schools, parent groups, and organizations that may benefit from Fingerprints’ services.
- Assist with outreach efforts through emails, phone calls, and social media to connect with prospective partners.
- Help create simple presentations and materials that clearly communicate the organization's services.
- Organize and maintain contact information, tracking conversations and follow-ups using basic digital tools.
- Conduct research on schools and organizations prior to outreach.
- Attend virtual or in-person events to represent Fingerprints Learning Collective.
- Suggest ideas for improving partner engagement strategies.
- Collect and compile success stories from satisfied clients to highlight organizational impact.
- Practice professional follow-up communication with contacts.
- Learn about the company's services to effectively explain them to others.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in any field (Business, Education, Psychology, or other disciplines are welcome).
- Good communication skills; potential is valued over perfection.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Interest in education, supporting children, or social impact work.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
- Enthusiasm for engaging with people and building professional relationships.
- No prior sales experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.

- Experience communicating in a professional setting (customer service, volunteering, etc.).

Environment
- Flexible, part-time internship (10-15 hours per week).
- Hybrid work arrangement: Primarily remote, with preference for candidates able to visit the HSR Layout office in Bangalore once or twice a week.
