Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our FMCG products within modern trade channels, specifically D-Mart. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the D-Mart chain.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Account Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at D-Mart.
- Conduct regular meetings with buyers and category managers to present new products, promotional plans, and sales performance.
- New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the D-Mart network.
- Expand product listings and ensure optimal product placement and visibility in stores.
- Promotions and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and provide feedback for improvements.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels at D-Mart stores to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Customer Service:
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from D-Mart stores promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Budget: 25K-30k
