Job Summary

The AI Support Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our AI models and cloud infrastructure. • Document support procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in AI, cloud services, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with Generative AI models (e.g., large language models, diffusion models, transformer architectures).
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including deployment and monitoring of AI models.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for managing and deploying foundation models in production.
• Prior experience supporting AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Azure AI, AWS, or related cloud platforms.
