Job Description
Role
1. Develop & execute the social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
2. Build & manage a content calendar aligned with topical trends etc.
3. Craft & curate high-impact content (posts, videos, stories, reels etc.) to drive engagement & reach.
4. Monitor, analyze, & report on social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, followers, & conversions.
5. Drive community engagement by actively managing conversations, comments, and feedback.
6. Collaborate with Content, Growth, & PR teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across channels.
7. Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to amplify brand presence.
8. Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Skill
1. Ability to create compelling and valuable content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
2. Strong understanding of social algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior.
3. Hands-on experience with social analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and campaign tracking.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
5. Passion for engaging with and building strong relationships with the community.
6. A balance of creativity and analytical thinking to deliver engaging yet measurable content.
7. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for design and aesthetics.
8. Experience in community management and influencer collaborations.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment."
