Role Objective: Develop and execute a comprehensive Bollywood content strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

Reports to: Head- Bollywood Category

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for Bollywood-related content, aligning with the organization's goals and audience preferences
• Scaling existing Bollywood businesses of the Company                               
• Identifying, conceptualizing, building and managing newer opportunities in the Bollywood space
• Optimizing the Bollywood library to drive consumption and acquisition on the platform
• Driving partnerships at each level required for revenue, content, marketing, etc.                                     
• Owning the P&L of the category                                   
• Building data analytics capabilities and doing meaningful measurement of performance

Experience

• Someone with strong understanding of Bollywood
• Understands and anticipates customer and market needs
• Strong business mindset, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Someone with 15+ years experience, ideally from Media & Entertainment space
