Job Summary

The IELTS or TOEFL Expert will be responsible for email surveillance to ensure compliance and quality standards. The position requires expertise in language assessment, specifically with regard to IELTS and TOEFL standards, to support various processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct email surveillance to ensure adherence to language standards and compliance.
• Utilize expertise in IELTS and TOEFL assessments to evaluate written communication.
• Participate in process training and contribute to the development of training materials.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in language proficiency standards.
• Review and provide feedback on communication to enhance language quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum required scores: 80 for TOEFL or 6 for IELTS.
• Strong understanding of IELTS and TOEFL examination standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with language testing or assessment.
• Familiarity with email surveillance processes.
• Knowledge of compliance standards related to language assessments.

Experience

• Relevant experience is not mandatory; however, candidates with prior exposure to language assessments will be given preference.

Environment

• Work location: Chennai, India.
• Shift timings: Asia time zone between 06:30 AM IST - 04:30 PM IST.
• Number of openings: 5.
