35 COCO stores in 18 cities - aim to open more depending on how current stores function well
Retail structure: national sales mgr (P&L) > area mgr > store mgr
NSM reports to the founder - not sure if he will report to the Retail Head or not
Omnichannel - website, app, quick com & offline - everything in house in the HO in Ahmd & directly reporting to the founders
FY25 120 Cr - 30/35% growth projections - quite sustainable & stable >25% average
Role:
Similar brands like Snitch, Rare, TSC, TSS, omnichannel but new age platform
Understands retail, retail marketing, retention ambitious in terms of growth, strategic mindset
Anyone who has worked in retail strategy also works well
Work on improving processes & systems
Team mgmt/ leadership qualities
Location: Ahmedabad with extensive travelling
Report to founders
Budget: 30-40L for purely retail folks, can stretch for a larger portfolio guy or pedigreed people who can take care of both online + offline
