<p>We are looking for a performance-driven, analytical, and creative digital marketer with 3+ years of</p>
<p>experience in managing Amazon storefronts and multi-marketplace ecosystems. You will own end-</p>
<p>to-end digital marketing strategies—from listing optimization and advertising to expansion across</p>
<p>marketplaces—delivering measurable revenue growth and strengthening HIRA’</p>

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>Amazon & Marketplace Management</p>
<p>Strategize, launch, and optimize HIRA Fragrances</p>
<p>’</p>
<p>product listings on Amazon India (and other</p>
<p>targeted marketplaces): refine titles, bullet points, A+ (Enhanced Brand Content), and imagery.</p>
<p>Execute and improve performance-driven advertising campaigns—Sponsored Products,</p>
<p>Sponsored Brands, and DSP—and monitor conversion, ACoS, and ranking.</p>
<p>Expand presence across other Indian marketplaces (e.g., Flipkart, Nykaa), tailoring content to</p>
<p>platform-specific requirements while maintaining HIRA’</p>
<p>s brand voice.</p>
<p>Campaign Strategy & Performance Marketing</p>
<p>Design and run full-funnel digital marketing campaigns—PPC, promotions, influencer</p>
<p>collaborations, and seasonal activations.</p>
<p>Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) and iteratively optimize ad spend and creative</p>
<p>messaging.</p>
<p>Collaborate with external partners or agencies to expand brand visibility and reach.SEO & Content Optimization</p>
<p>Conduct keyword research (e.g.,</p>
<p>“long-lasting perfume,</p>
<p>” “</p>
<p>clean fragrances India</p>
<p>”) to enhance</p>
<p>organic performance on marketplaces and the main website.</p>
<p>Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-rich product descriptions, blog posts, and</p>
<p>campaign narratives that tie into HIRA’</p>
<p>s storytelling ethos.</p>
<p>Analytics, Testing, & Insights</p>
<p>Leverage marketplace dashboards and analytics tools to inform strategy; conduct A/B tests on</p>
<p>creatives, pricing, keywords, and ads.</p>
<p>Track customer feedback and reviews, distill actionable insights, and feed improvements into</p>
<p>product positioning and messaging.</p>
<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p>
<p>Work with design and creative teams to produce immersive visuals that reflect HIRA’</p>
<p>s</p>
<p>aesthetic—minimalist, sensory, and elegant.</p>
<p>Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and operations to ensure accurate stock management and</p>
<p>seamless delivery.</p>
<p>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</p>
<p>3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Digital Marketing and/or Marketplace Management.</p>
<p>Proficient with Amazon Seller/Vendor platforms, DSP, Sponsored Ads, and A+ Content.</p>
<p>Strong analytical abilities—experience analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns based on</p>
<p>performance metrics.</p>
<p>Familiarity with SEO for e-commerce, listing optimization, and keyword research.</p>
<p>Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.</p>
<p>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</p>
<p>Experience working with high-velocity consumer startups or challenger</p>
<p>brands</p>
<p>Prior experience with fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle categories</p>
<p>Past leadership of 0-to-1 or 1-to-100 scale-up journeys</p>
