Key Responsibilities • 360° marketing mindset understands both strategy and execution across channels. • Prior experience working in or with AI companies/products is a big plus. • Build, nurture, and manage communities across Discord, social platforms, and creator/user networks. • Ideate and implement growth hacks & creative campaigns that drive real traction and visibility. • Bring a strong aesthetic sense to content, campaigns, and brand communications. • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for alignment, feedback, and flawless execution. • Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and strategic partners. • Act as a hands-on executor, turning ideas into fast-moving campaigns and initiatives. • Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
