Role : Head – Process & Quality
Reporting to : Chief Operating Officer
Place of Posting : Mumbai HO
Geographical Remit : PAN India
Job Purpose
- To Review and understand existing Business processes to identify business functional requirements for substantial improvement in business & operational processes
Key Accountabilities
- Set up Process as per Business defined objectives
- Drive Operational efficiency
- Improve Experience of Customer Facing Processes
- Drive Automation of critical Impact processes
Key Responsibilities
- Identify processes for re-design , create business processes from scratch along with the business teams, identify existing process bottlenecks and streamline the same and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to existing processes
- Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents
- Project manage new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions
- Implement new processes and organizational changes as accepted by all stakeholders with respect to these functions & businesses
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements & Automation of Processes
- Document workflows to train all respected stakeholders to use and improve new process and mitigate regulatory risks
- Present analysis, solutions and business cases to senior management
Required Experience
- Over all 10-12 years of experience with atleast 7 -8 yrs in process excellence & quality in Financial Services Sector.
- Six Sigma certification and work ex in a quality management firm will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
Required Qualification
- Graduate
- Full time MBA is preferable

- Well versed with SOP creation

- Strong data analysis skills
- Working knowledge of process flow chart tools like MS Visio etc
