Job Summary

The IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ITSM processes using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves identifying customer needs and providing solutions related to Incident, Problem, and Change management to enhance operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, focusing on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.
  • Analyze and optimize existing IT service processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring events into ITSM.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to ITSM processes and configurations.
  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in ITSM consulting or ServiceNow implementation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change modules.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • ITIL Foundations or Intermediate certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other ITSM tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with integrating monitoring events into ITSM.
  • Project management experience or relevant certifications.

Experience

4–7 years in ITSM consulting or ServiceNow implementation.
