Key Responsibilities:
1. New Device PDI & Tracking Device Management
o Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for new telematics devices during
installation.
o Troubleshoot and resolve tracking device issues effectively.
2. Reporting & Data Analytics
o Generate daily and monthly reports on telematics data including tracking, usage,
and performance metrics.
o Analyze data loss trends and generate insights with actionable recommendations.
3. Salesforce & Subscription Management
o Maintain and update subscription information (pricing, contract terms, service
agreements) in Salesforce.
o Plan and strategize subscription offerings and service options.
4. Telematics Feature Utilization
o Monitor and report on the features of telematics systems and their impact on fleet

operations.

5. Vendor Communication & Issue Resolution
o Coordinate with telematics vendors for timely resolution of device issues.
o Track issue status and escalate when necessary.
6. GPS Integration
o Support or lead integration of GPS data into business systems and applications.
o Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.
7. Portal Data Flow Verification
o Monitor the data flow from vendor portals to client portals to ensure accuracy and
reliability.
8. Data Loss Analysis
o Identify inconsistencies in telematics data.
o Provide root cause analysis and improvement strategies.
9. AIS 140 Compliance
o Oversee installation, tracking, and reporting for AIS140-compliant devices,
particularly in the southern region.

10. Speed Governor Compliance
o Manage integration, subscription, and calibration of speed governors in line with
vendor-specified intervals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in telematics or vehicle tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of GPS, AIS140, and fleet management tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
