Rationale for Hiring: Fabtech is creating a new global business vertical, ATF – Advanced Technology<br />
Facilities, focused on delivering turnkey infrastructure solutions in Data Centers, Semiconductors,<br />
Electronics, Solar, Green Energy, EV Batteries, and F&B facilities across Saudi Arabia, GCC, and Africa.<br />
The Business Head will build this business from ground zero—strategy, sales, operations, vendor<br />
ecosystem, team, P&L—eventually scaling into the CEO of the ATF division.<br />
Key Responsibilities<br />
Business Creation & Strategy<br />
• Build the ATF business model, market approach, and 3–5-year strategy.<br />
• Define offerings spanning EPC, MEP, and turnkey integrated infrastructure solutions.<br />
• Identify high-potential geographies and customer segments across GCC & Africa.<br />
P&L Ownership<br />
• Full responsibility for revenue, profitability, cost structures, and business performance.<br />
• Build scalable systems, governance, and execution frameworks.<br />
Sales & Business Development<br />
• Lead customer acquisition in GCC, Saudi, and African markets.<br />
• Leverage Fabtech’s international presence (UAE, Saudi, Africa) to win large EPC/Mega-project<br />

• Represent Fabtech with government entities, EPC clients, consultants, and global partners.<br />
Project Delivery Leadership<br />
• Oversee turnkey execution including civil, MEP, HVAC, fire systems, electricals, UPS, cooling and<br />
integration of OEM compute infrastructure.<br />
• Manage vendor ecosystems (local contractors, OEMs, technology partners).<br />
• Ensure high-quality, compliant, on-time delivery within globally accepted project standards.<br />

• Create a multi-country ATF team including engineering, project management, BD, and support<br />

• Proven sales or execution track record in GCC, Saudi Arabia, or Africa.<br />
• Demonstrated ability to build a business/function from scratch.<br />
• Exposure to multi-vendor and multi-OEM integration models.<br />
Preferred<br />
• Experience executing or selling turnkey project services.<br />
