 Review weekly & monthly writer requirements across the creative team for audio series creation

 Source leads across channels and creates a robust pipeline/creator pool of writers to solve current and planned requirements – a minimum of 500 creators

 Engage in commercial negotiations, setting up terms & conditions and executing contracts with the writers

 Be a bridge between writers and internal editing teams

 Ensure long-term retention and reduce churn for writers on the Pocket FM platform

 Solve writer-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage writer expectations

 Be the writer’s voice in the system and help create more efficient modalities of writer engagement
