  • Strategic Sales Planning & Execution

    • Design and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

    • Lead the adoption of digital tools and data-driven solutions to optimize sales operations.
    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM), automation, and analytics platforms for decision-making and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience leading sales teams, preferably in the US market.
  • Proven experience building and managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with digital sales tools.
  • Excellent networking skills, ownership, and commitment.
