Associate Business Manager

Job Summary

The Associate Business Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, supporting strategic initiatives, and managing client relationships. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring business objectives are met. The role contributes directly to the organization's expansion and success by actively engaging in business development and management activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to management.
• Support senior business managers in executing strategic projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business development or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the Jeddah market or within the region.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Multilingual abilities, especially Arabic and English.
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in business development, account management, or related fields.
