Job Description

We are in our 0 to 1 stage. Head, VP, Director, CMO all mean the same to us.
We are more clear of our goals and acceptance criteria.
Goals
3 months
- 500 WTU to 3500 WTU
- GTM in motion - Identify and scale 1+ distribution channel
- Brand - creation and implementation of category narrative
- Solve for trust and validation
12 months
- 25000 WTU
- Build out the category and narrative
- Preferred brand and product for our (new) category. Own the positioning. Create strong organic pull from category
Acceptance criteria
This person will primarily own “Weekly Transacting User” and “Revenue” targets.
Be responsible for all things marketing.
And use brand play books to define category and become preferred choice for the same.
