Job Description
We are looking for a KAM - Ecommerce who will own GMV, revenue, and profitability across online marketplaces.
This is a business ownership role, not just execution — you will be responsible for scaling revenue, optimizing pricing, improving visibility, and driving overall channel performance.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external platform stakeholders to build a high-performing, profitable marketplace business.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
Own P&L and GMV growth across marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Drive revenue through pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy
Identify growth levers and execute initiatives to maximize sales and profitability
Pricing & Profitability
Manage dynamic pricing strategies to stay competitive while protecting margins
Track and optimize contribution margins, discounts, and platform fees
Conduct settlement and profitability analysis to ensure sustainable growth
Assortment & Catalog Management
Identify high-potential SKUs and expand winning product lines
Launch new products and optimize existing catalog for better performance
Improve catalog quality (content, images, keywords) to increase conversions
Visibility & Performance Marketing
Drive discoverability through platform ads, deals, and promotions
Optimize listings for SEO within marketplaces
Improve key metrics like CTR, CVR, and ranking
Analytics & Insights
Build and track performance dashboards across channels
Monitor and improve CTR, conversion rate (CVR), ROI, and margins
Use data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Channel KAMs (Meesho/Flipkart) to unlock growth opportunities
Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
Drive alignment to ensure smooth execution and faster decision-making
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
2–6 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace / Growth roles
Strong understanding of Meesh/Flipkart ecosystem (ads, pricing, catalog)
Experience in managing P&L / revenue ownership for a category or brand
Data-driven mindset with strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards
Proven ability to drive GMV growth and improve profitability
Good to Have
Experience in D2C brands (health, wellness, beauty, FMCG)
Familiarity with performance marketing on marketplaces
Experience working with high-growth startups
