Requirements: Join us as the Head of Demand Generation, directly reporting to our Founder. Embark on a global journey to strategize and implement go-to-market plans that drive significant growth in MQLs and the business. Your mission is to deeply understand our prospects' needs and craft innovative strategies that fuel our market expansion. You are the epitome of a strategic thinker who can also dive into execution, ensuring strategies materialize into tangible outcomes. This role demands a partnership with sales and product teams and a proactive engagement with customers and market pioneers. If you're a hands-on, data-driven individual focused on achieving business milestones, and ready to build and scale a global enterprise marketing organization, this is your call. Skillsets: ● Proven 8+ years of B2B SaaS experience managing customer acquisition efforts in non-paid(SEO/Content), paid(Performance marketing), ABM, and other demand gen channels with quantifiable results. ● Strong SEO & Content Marketing background, Excellent exposure to performance marketing, email marketing, ABM, and other channels Demonstrable success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in a dynamic market. ● Proficiency in tools various marketing tools. Like Ahref, A/B testing (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize), Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), User testing (e.g., Hotjar), Marketing Automation (e.g., Hubspot), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. ● Experience partnering with sales teams throughout the sales cycle, implementing ABM strategies to optimize sales costs and closure timelines. ● Analytical skills to track leading and lagging success indicators, including SQLs and pipeline value. Understanding of Sales Funnel (Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, etc.) ● Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. B2B/ SAAS product experience is a must. ● Highly analytical, data-driven, organized, autonomous(self-starter), and motivated. Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally. Intellectual curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to drive change. Responsibilities: ● Understand buyer personas & industry landscape, perform competitor analysis and market research to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to improve MQLs across paid and non-paid channels. ● Manage end-to-end demand generation and growth marketing efforts across non-paid and paid channels (SEO/Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, 3rd party platforms, ABM, email marketing, etc.) ● Set up a process to identify and track KPIs for various demand-gen marketing activities. ● Develop processes, quarterly and annual planning, and campaigns for all channels backed by data analysis and KPIs. ● Drive campaign calendar by collaborating with product, technology, and sales teams. ● Gain deep insights into our audience, ensuring all global marketing efforts are synchronized with our strategic goals. ● Identify and drive new game-changing digital marketing opportunities to scale the business further and improve efficiencies across all marketing channels. ● Building brand awareness in international markets ● Lead, mentor, and manage SEO, content, and other demand gen teams, setting clear goals and expectations. Provide guidance and training to the team to enhance their skills and performance.
