The XSEED PreK-8 academic program runs through schools and aligns with all major International and Indian standards (e.g. CBSE). The results of the program indicate that XSEED children perform better on problem-solving by +20% or more, versus other students, and improve by up to +50% by the time they finish middle school. XSEED has reached two million children, upskilled and certified over 100,000 teachers, in several countries including India, the Philippines, and the Middle East. Duties and Responsibilities The role will involve owning 100% compliance of all statutory matters for the group including all filings & assessment to various authorities. ● Responsible for timely filings for all applicable laws and regulations across companies. ● Attending to the various assessment & proceedings in timely manner and ensure 100% compliance and no adverse judgment/proceedings. ● Work proactively with the accounting team to ensure adequate data capturing & disclosures in financials. ● Pro-actively identify opportunities to optimize tax outflows for the group. ● Ensure safety of the IP of the company & also ensure prompt action against any infringement of the company assets/IPs ● Cash flow forecasting and managing daily banking operations The Person: ● Chartered Accountant (1st Attempt from 2018-20 batch) with with quality experience at midsized / large organization com. Additionally, an LLB or a Company secretary degree would be preferable. ● Strong understanding of tax planning strategies and experience in managing indirect taxes, including Goods and Services Tax. ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders ● Experience in working in multiple legal entity structures will be an advantage. ● Location Gurgaon
