Role: Head Projects Location: Hyderabad, India Reporting Structure: This role would report to CEO Team Structure: Direct reports for support functions in Projects & JV executions, PMC management & backend Operations. Key Functions: Project Timelines & Cost Management, Capex & Opex Management & Control, PMC & Vendor Management, Execution within Timelines, Seamless Commissioning & Handover including Licenses, Approvals, BOQ Audit and Bills Closure Total Team Size: Total [2-4] member team to support department functions stated above. Key Deliverables: <ol> <li>As a key member of the leadership team, Head Projects will be responsible for timely & consistent executions of the all project related workstreams in greenfield and brownfields centres.</li> <li>Direct all the activities of the projects related to schedule, productivity, cost, time, integration & handover with strategic business goals.</li> <li>Cross functional engagement with the key support functions (HR, Operations, Marketing, finance) to ensure timely operationalization of the centres</li> <li>Responsible for SMART planning, which is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Timely.</li> <li>Critical decision-making skills with quantifiable measurements that can be shared & analysed across the group projects. </li> <li>Manage & refine scope, schedule, risks, and budget.
