Position/Designation: Manager – Operations
Reporting To: TL of Operations
Level: Manager
Band: Professional Band I
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7 to 8 yrs. in Financial Services Industry on the Client Service side of PMS & AIF.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities – Handling Operations, Client servicing & MIS function
• Manage Operations for Wealth Management under PMS & Advisory set up.
• Managing Client servicing for all Operational matters
• Handle Operations across various Asset & Product class i.e., Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income,
Alternate Asset class (Private Equity, Structured Note), Insurance etc.
• Handle Operations under the various execution strategies i.e., Discretionary & Non-Discretionary (with
POA) & Advisory model (without POA).
• Revenue booking from various Manufacturers.
• Responsible for Billing Clients as per agreed fee plan.
• Fund accounting i.e., ensure that Corporate Actions have been credited to the Client a/c, ensure all
necessary reconciliations are in place
• Maintaining & managing relationships with
o Channel partners i.e., Brokers, AMCs, Insurance Co.’s, 3rd party PMS manufacturers
o Vendors, such as application development vendors, data providers etc
o Regulators such as SEBI,
o Service providers such as banks, depositories, custodian, registrars etc.
o Internal & external auditors
• Identifying additional systems requirement & working with vendors to test the systems deployed.
• Ensuring & following compliance requirements, including SEBI reporting.
Skills Required:
• Well versed with Wealth Spectrum application
• Should have a good understanding of products across asset class.
• Strong process orientation & execution skills
