Job Description
- Lead and coach the current SDR team, training, reviewing weekly performance, and conducting call review sessions.
- Own team management and hiring: define roles, build training modules, and enhance SDR playbooks in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
- Refining outreach scripts, managing weekly reviews, and maintaining momentum.
- Drive full-team accountability for pipeline generation (call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality) with agile tracking and feedback loops
