Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in payroll, tax, and Form 16 processing, with a proven track record of 3-6 years in HR operations. Key Responsibilities: ● Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including accurate and timely salary disbursement, deductions, and reimbursements. ● Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax-related requirements, including TDS calculations, tax filings, and Form 16 issuance. ● Statutory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure adherence and mitigate potential risks. ● Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. ● Onboarding and Offboarding: Support smooth onboarding of new hires and handle offboarding processes efficiently. ● HRIS Administration: Manage the HR Information System, troubleshoot issues, and optimize its functionality. ● Leave and Attendance Management: Monitor leave balances, attendance records, and handle leave-related queries. ● Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and claims processing. ● Employee Query Resolution: Respond promptly to employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and other HR matters. ● Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Proven experience of 3-5 years in HR operations, with a focus on payroll, tax, and Form 16 processing. ● In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. ● Familiarity with HRIS software and proficiency in MS Excel. ● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
