UI/UX Designer Remote 10LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer for a remote position. This role is focused on designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and drive business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping: Develop high-quality wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that translate complex ideas into intuitive user interfaces.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Design Systems: Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines across digital platforms.
• Iteration & Feedback: Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve and iterate on designs.
• Remote Coordination: Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate effectively using remote communication tools.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Design Tools Proficiency: Experience with design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage remote collaborations.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.

Preferred Skills

• Responsive Design: Experience in creating designs for both mobile and web platforms.
• Front-End Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design and development.
• Accessibility Standards: Understanding of accessibility guidelines and standards to ensure inclusive design practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
• Experience working in remote or distributed team environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
