Job Summary

The E-commerce Manager will play a crucial role in driving marketplace operations, platform growth, and execution across multiple e-commerce channels. This position is ideal for individuals who understand the fast-paced D2C ecosystem and are excited about scaling brands across various marketplaces and digital commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Work closely with the E-commerce Head on growth and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with platform account managers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor platform performance, sales trends, and operational metrics.
• Manage purchase orders, listings, inventory coordination, and platform workflows.
• Track and optimize RTO% (Return to Origin percentage) and operational efficiency.
• Support and execute marketplace campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams on:
  • Amazon Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
• Ensure smooth execution across D2C, B2C, and B2B channels.
• Identify growth opportunities and support revenue scaling initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
• Basic to working knowledge of:
  • Amazon Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • E-commerce performance marketing
  • PPC campaign execution.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with various e-commerce tools and software.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Skills in negotiation and relationship management with partners.

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace management is required.

Environment

This position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, specifically on Sindhu Bhavan Road, near Taj Hotel. The role involves working in a dynamic office environment that encourages collaboration and innovative thinking.
