Job Summary

The Advisor, Computerized Systems plays a crucial role in developing and incorporating effective processes and procedures within the organization. This position ensures that computer systems meet regulatory requirements and conform to regulatory expectations, contributing to the overall compliance and quality assurance of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for computerized systems.
• Assure that computer systems meet regulatory requirements and conform to expectations.
• Support and manage routine computer compliance assessments, including internal and external evaluations.
• Lead high-priority computer compliance initiatives, including regulatory inspections and addressing high-risk non-compliance issues.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members on compliance policies and best practices.
• Identify and communicate computer-related business or reputational risks, providing suggestions for risk management solutions.
• Provide consultancy and advice on computer compliance to project teams and external partners.
• Proactively monitor and communicate business and regulatory changes that may impact quality or compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for computerized systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management and compliance assessments.
• Ability to lead initiatives and manage projects effectively.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a regulatory environment, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to computerized systems.
• Certification in quality assurance or compliance (e.g., ISO, CQA).

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in computerized systems compliance or quality assurance.

Environment

• Work setting is hybrid, combining both in-office and remote work. The position is based in Bengaluru Luxor North Tower.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹4,000,000.
