Job Summary
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in establishing the HR functions within the organization. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to grow and contribute to the company’s success. The role includes a focus on primary induction processes, conducting probation interviews, and managing the full appraisal cycle to ensure timely and effective HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct induction programs for new hires to familiarize them with the company culture and expectations.
- Coordinate and conduct probation interviews to assess new employees' performance and fit within the team.
- Oversee the appraisal process, ensuring it is conducted end-to-end effectively and on time.
- Maintain HR documentation and records in compliance with company protocols.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with company goals.
- Support the co-founder in establishing HR strategies that foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Experience in small team dynamics or start-up environments.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant HR experience is required.
Environment
The HR Executive will work in-office at the Leela Palace, Bengaluru, following a 5-day workweek from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
