Job Description

Lead the Visual Identity of the Brand

Theobroma’s visual identity is one of its biggest strengths.

You will be responsible for evolving and strengthening this identity as the brand grows.

This includes:

Owning and evolving Theobroma’s visual language
Updating and maintaining brand guidelines across formats
Ensuring visual consistency across stores, packaging, digital platforms, and campaigns
Translating brand strategy into clear creative direction

The goal is to ensure the brand always feels distinctive, warm, and recognisably Theobroma.

Build a World-Class Design Capability

As the brand scales, so must our creative capability.

You will lead and develop:

An in-house design team
External creative partners and agencies
Photographers, videographers, illustrators, and production partners

Your role will be to create a high-performing creative engine that consistently delivers strong visual work across multiple channels.

Lead Packaging Design & Innovation

Packaging is one of the most visible expressions of the Theobroma brand.

You will:

Lead the design and evolution of brownie boxes, cake packaging, hampers, and seasonal collections
Ensure packaging remains gift-worthy, distinctive, and collectible
Collaborate with product and marketing teams on limited edition packaging and festive collections
Balance aesthetic quality with production feasibility and cost






Influence Store Design & Brand Spaces

Our stores are an extension of the brand’s personality.

You will work closely with the store design team to ensure that the visual storytelling continues inside our physical spaces.

This includes:

Interior graphics and visual storytelling
Menu boards and in-store communication
Window displays and seasonal decor
Visual elements that enhance the “European patisserie” experience






Create Clutter-Breaking Content

In a crowded social and digital environment, creative quality matters more than ever.

You will lead the visual direction for:

Social media content
Campaign photography and films
Product storytelling
Launch campaigns
Seasonal and festive content

The goal is to create content that stops the scroll, builds brand love, and makes people crave our products.

Lead Campaign Creative

Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns for:

New product launches
Seasonal menus
Festive collections
Store launches

Your role will be to translate brand strategy into visually compelling and emotionally engaging campaigns.
