marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP). Clazar aims to make listing, selling, and managing activities on all cloud marketplaces
seamless for ISVs. As a value add, Clazar minimizes overall integration and operational involvement for its customers.
Job Summary
As a senior solution engineer you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their needs and provide
solutions that meet their requirements. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, customer onboarding, and
servicing skills for US based customers.
Responsibilities
ÇÃ Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needsÃ
¦Ã Conducting product demos and presentations to showcase the company¤s infrastructure SaaS offerings to potential
customersÃ
£Ã §eveloping technical solutions that meet customer requirements, including designing and implementing system
architectures, con¡guring and customizing software, and integrating with third-party systemsÃ
à anaging project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of solutionsÃ
à Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for customers to ensure their continued success with the
company¤s productsÃ
3⁄4Ã Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure SaaS to stay ahead of the competition and
provide the best solutions to customers.
Qualifications
ÇÃ Bachelor¤s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related ¡eldÃ
¦Ã 8 years of experience in a technical solution engineering or similar role, preferably in an infrastructure SaaS companyÃ
£Ã Strong solutioning skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneouslyÃ
à Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersÃ
à Pro¡ciency in programming languages and software tools commonly used in infrastructure SaaS, such as Python §jango,
and AWSÃ
3⁄4Ã Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think
