Job Summary

The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality assurance processes through both manual and automated testing. This individual contributor role is essential for the validation of functional and non-functional requirements within the AI platform, driving forward the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements of the AI platform.
• Test Case Development: Write, review, and maintain detailed test cases and scripts based on product specifications.
• AI Testing: Test AI/ML features, including data inputs, model outputs, and integrations, to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
• Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with developers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionality.
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to the overall quality assurance process by adhering to testing standards and best practices.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on testing tools, methodologies, and AI/ML technologies to enhance testing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with hands-on experience in manual and automated testing.
• Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Automation Skills: Experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG.
• Scripting: Basic proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Tools: Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying defects.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative testing processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; ISTQB certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to testing AI/ML-based applications or data-driven platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS products.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts for testing purposes.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software testing.

Environment

• Location: Hyderabad only.
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office mandatory).
• Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM.

Salary

• CTC Max: 30 LPA Fixed.
