Reporting to: Co Founders Location: Inperson Role: Full-time Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a self-motivated, outgoing person who's passionate about recruiting. You must have: ● Exceptional understanding of sales funnel optimization, lead generation, and conversion tactics. ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. ● Demonstrated success in planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels. ● Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. What Will You Do? This is a dynamic and creative role in a high-growth, pre-seed start-up. Given that we are a young start up, our team is truly our backbone. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: ● 360 Campaign Planning and Execution: ○ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media. ○ Ensure campaign consistency, messaging, and seamless integration to maximize brand impact. ● Budget Management: ○ Develop, allocate, and manage marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation and drive measurable ROI. ○ Monitor expenses, track performance against budget, and make data-driven adjustments as needed. ● Lead Generation and Conversion: ○ Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and drivconversions throughout the sales funnel. ○ Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead nurturing processes and enhance sales enablement materials. ● Data-Driven Insights: ○ Utilize data analytics to measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. ○ Make informed decisions based on data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and resource allocation. ● Team Leadership and Development: ○ Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. ○ Set clear goals, provide guidance, and monitor progress to ensure team success. ● Strategic Partnerships: ○ Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility, expand reach, and drive joint marketing initiatives. ● Market Research and Trends: ○ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies. ○ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and
