Must-Haves • 8–10 years of progressive, full-cycle recruitment experience. • Proven experience hiring for mid to senior leadership and executive-level roles. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. • Hands-on experience with headhunting AI Tools • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Zoho and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously across different functions and locations.
