JOB PURPOSE<br />
We're seeking a talented, innovative, and proven Graphic Designer who is passionate<br />
about consumer products and wants to employ their skills and experience to empower<br />
people to live healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives. This individual should be<br />
skilled at all aspects of design, with deep expertise in developing brand identity &<br />
systems, along with digital and social marketing. This role will entail communicating<br />
effectively with copywriters, video editors, brand, digital, and marketing managers. This<br />
person should be able to think beyond a single channel execution, identify new<br />
opportunities and execute on complex design and communication strategies, and lead<br />
customer-centric journey orchestration.<br />
You'll drive extreme customer obsession through brand development and all things<br />
design. You'll work across full project lifecycles, from collaborating with our Brand<br />
Team on marketing concepts to executing those concepts with our in-house team,<br />
vendors, and freelancers. You sweat the details and get excited about trying new things<br />
and designing across a variety of different brand aesthetics and styles.</div>

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY</div>
<div>• Drive all internal- and external-facing online and print creative materials from<br />
conception to final delivery; provides clear creative direction, guidance, and<br />
feedback to design team members to ensure ability to meet organizational and<br />
partner needs.<br />
• Conceptualize and produce online and offline collateral for marketing and sales,<br />
including original campaigns, emailers, brochures, banner ads, product sheets<br />
and more.<br />
• Drive strategic design thinking and brainstorms, and partners with<br />
Communications team members to ideate solutions and creative ways to use<br />
design for storytelling.<br />
• Concisely and strongly communicates strategy, design concepts, and creative<br />
ideas to internal and external partners, or “clients.”<br />
• Ensures the Foundation's brand and standards are upheld through all materials,<br />
including those created for both internal and external stakeholders, and that all<br />
work is strategic, effective, and consistent.<br />
• Responsible for ensuring brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to<br />
design, artwork, digital and print output.</div>

Qualification & skills requirements</div>
<div>• 1+ years of experience working as a Designer/Art Director/Digital Designer at an<br />
agency or brand<br />
• BA in Graphic Design or related degree/education<br />
• Mastery of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator,<br />
InDesign)<br />
• Ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated<br />
digital, interactive, social and viral brand experiences.<br />
• A solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and<br />
color theory.<br />
• An online portfolio that demonstrates a passion for great design and shows<br />
stylistic breath, attention to detail, and usability.<br />
• Ability to communicate well with team members and articulate rationale for<br />
design decisions.<br />
• Ability to manage many projects at once and meet deadlines.<br />
• A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design and technology and can push for<br />
and help set trends.<br />
• A self-starter attitude with an excitement to work in a fast-paced, low-ego<br />
environment.<br />
• Familiarity with animation and prototyping tools.<br />
• Web design experience is a plus.</div>

DTC brands in the premium segment of high growth verticals including Cookware,<br />
Houseplants, Drinkware, Apple Gear and Luggage.<br />
Presently, most brands in the Indian DTC space are created in the mass segments<br />
across Fashion, Beauty & Food verticals. Only a handful brands are created in the<br />
premium segment of other verticals including home-improvement.<br />
We firmly believe that the next growth in DTC will come from premium segment in<br />
verticals in which penetration of DTC brands is low.<br />
With the increase in GDP Per Capita and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) ecosystem,<br />
consumer demand for high quality aspirational products is increasing and will grow<br />
multifold in the coming five years.<br />
