Job Summary

The Senior Frontend Engineer will play a vital role in designing and developing robust and scalable web applications that provide exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using Next.js and React.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement engaging user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring comprehensive performance testing.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
• Participate in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to continuously improve team performance and project delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in frontend technologies and apply best practices in web development.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of frontend development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and core web concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with modern tools such as Webpack, package managers, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex and scalable web applications.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proven mentorship experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in frontend performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to fintech products or startups.

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in frontend development is required.
