<ol> <li>Decision making on daily basis</li> </ol> A) Investment – decision to invest finalised by partner – IC approval followed by signed term sheet – take charge of transaction – coordination with legal team – Orios legal team and legal team on other side ...commerical and taxation definitive..all stake holders..in parallel…due diligence for target entity.. interaction with vendors – Finance, tax, legal – review points – observation points  - adjustment – scope, evaluate, red flag. Documents signed, portolio digned , share certificate issued  B) Income- tax and FEMA – from stat point of view – not more of execution – they have seprate team – file  of return/tds – ensuring control over checklist, new circular notification – create awareness – expert level and other applicable laws <ol start="2"> <li>Transaction advisory, PE team – big 4 pool</li> <li>Current working with PE/ VC will be very small pool – not from a VC fund. Open to Private Equity fund or debt fund. 4 Funds – 10 years. 3 Funds fully raised and deloyed – money raised 800 cr – market valuation – 3.5-4x. 1000cr fund – fund raising and delopyment happening in parrellel. – 650 already raised. </li> <li>Reporting to him</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Team size – 5 people including legal</li> </ol>
