We strongly believe that everyone from big enterprises to end consumers can benefit by running logistics</p> <p>operations more efficiently.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <p>The Global Account Manager will be responsible for providing global business leadership and management of defined global accounts.</p> <p>You will build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities for defined global accounts. You will define a CXO</p> <p>relationship strategy within the account, including engaging with senior leadership team for executive sponsorships, coordinating exec-</p> <p>utive business reviews and maintain customer satisfaction.</p> <p>&middot; Own ARR growth target via upsell &amp; cross sell in defined global accounts</p> <p>&middot; Understand and translate customer strategy and business drivers into the creation of new opportunities. Identifying, strategise,</p> <p>plan &amp; execute upsell/crossell opportunities within a pool of defined global accounts</p> <p>&middot; Lead the global account planning and targeting process, defining global commercial and operational strategies for defined global</p> <p>accounts</p> <p>&middot; To successfully negotiate and close complex business deals, including significant direct customer facing negotiation at a senior level</p> <p>&middot; Driving usage adoption across new divisions within the assigned portfolio of companies and services</p> <p>&middot; Define strategy, plan, coordinate internally &amp; execute actions to save on global accounts in case of risk of churn</p>
