Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in QA/testing, specifically focusing on the ServiceNow platform and Enterprise Architect (EA) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow testing methodologies, platform capabilities, and experience with integration testing. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, scenarios, traceability matrix, and success criteria.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams.
• Manage defect triage, retesting, and sign-off procedures.
• Support test automation planning where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of QA experience with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong testing experience in ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and EA modules.
• Familiarity with form design, business rules, flow designer, and custom scripts in ServiceNow.
• Experience in integration testing using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and testing best practices.
• Relevant educational qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in ServiceNow or relevant QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with test management tools.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and testing, with a particular emphasis on the ServiceNow platform.

Environment

• The position is based in Noida/Bengaluru, with a Work From Office (WFO) arrangement in a hybrid model.
