Perfora is actively searching for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager specializing in Marketplaces. In this role, you will spearhead the development and management of strategic alliances across various online platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jiomart, and Snapdeal. Key Responsibilities:  Take end-to-end ownership of accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jiomart, and Snapdeal.  Devise, monitor, and optimize campaigns on key marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jiomart, and Snapdeal, aligning strategies with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  Maintain and monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, and quality scores to ensure optimal campaign performance.  Oversee all aspects of account management, including content creation, listings, organic search relevancy, fulfillment operations, and new product launch strategies.  Collaborate with the finance function to ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.  Track and manage budgets, ensuring a balance between growth and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).  Monitor and forecast account budgets, ensuring monthly spending aligns with strategic goals.  Strive for an excellent balance of growth and ROAS in line with business objectives.  Create and optimize engaging campaigns and advertising strategies to enhance marketplace presence.  Proactively seek new opportunities for growth through Pay-Per-Click (PPC) initiatives.  Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in PPC and Paid Media and provide insights on emerging trends and technologies to enhance overall marketplace performance.  Explore and initiate growth programs, such as identifying and closing partnerships with better fulfillment partners, affiliates, and preferred partner programs.  Scale revenue while maintaining a focus on improving margins and unit economics. Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.  5+ years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management with a D2C Brand.  Proven track record of successful campaign management on major e-commerce platforms.  Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.  In-depth knowledge of PPC, digital advertising, and e-commerce trends.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  Prior experience in team management, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
