Job Summary

The Senior Analyst 2 Infrastructure Services is responsible for providing high-level support in network management, incident resolution, and quality assurance within a hybrid work environment. This role contributes to the organization's goals by ensuring efficient network operations and maintaining service quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle Incident Management by ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Analyze and solve application-related problems using advanced network troubleshooting techniques within large geographically dispersed networks.
• Participate in Change Management processes, providing inputs and ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Ensure Quality Assurance by adhering to IT Service Management (ITSM) compliance and Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards for all incidents and service calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers during incident resolution and provide updates on critical incidents.
• Maintain complete documentation of all activities related to incident management and contribute to the preparation of service delivery reviews.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-3 years in relevant technology, specifically in L1 network support.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in LAN/WAN technologies, IP Address Management (IPAM), and Load Balancers.
  • Strong understanding of switching and routing protocols, including products like HP/Nexus Switches and F5 Load Balancers.
• Certifications:
  • Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
  • Desired: ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
• Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Wireless technology and its protocols.
• Experience in Data Center LAN Management.
• Knowledge of advanced network troubleshooting techniques.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in L1 network support with a proven ability to learn and upgrade technical skills.

Environment

• Work Setting: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work).
• Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram.
• Operational Environment: 24/7 operational environment.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹1,800,000 per annum.
