Responsibilities

• Lead the counselling department and develop a deep understanding of its dynamics and opportunities
• Develop and execute strategies to grow and sustain an impactful counselling function
• Grow the function across all zones nationally
• Build and evangelise digitisation of processes for seamless functioning of the team and counselling system in the organisation
• Innovate and experiment new methodologies for mental wellbeing’s of students
• Move the department towards a proactive approach to mental health
• Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders in the organisation
• Monitor and keep up with regulatory and compliance requirement at all times
  
   

Skills & Competencies

• 15+ years of relevant experience managing large teams/ department
• Background/ education in psychology/ counselling is highly preferred
• People management and leadership
• Process driven, data oriented and excellent customer orientation
• Ability to influence decisions and execution at an organisation as well as functional level
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Open to travel across the country
• Comfortable with communicating in Hindi if needed
